1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
"ADDOMY" is an Internet website that allows Users to place orders for work and/or accept such orders for execution under terms agreed upon between the Client and the Contractor, subject to the terms of this user agreement.
"Dogecoin" is a payment system using the unit of account of the same name and the data transfer protocol of the same name.
"Account" is an identification record assigned to each User, containing information about the User, payment details, statistics, balance, and other data.
"User" is the person who has accepted this public offer by registering on the "ADDOMY" Website.
"Advertiser" ("Customer") is the User placing an order using the "ADDOMY" Website.
"Contractor" – the User fulfilling an order or part thereof placed by the Advertiser on the Website.
"Referral" – a User invited by another User to the Website via a unique referral link.
"Referrer" – a User who has invited other Users to the Website via a unique referral link.
"Authorization" – accessing an account by entering identification data (email and password) on the "addomy.com" website.
"Ban" – blocking the User's account, preventing authentication, authorization, and any other actions by the User through their account.
2. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
By registering on this website, you accept the terms of this license agreement. ADDOMY makes no warranties and is not responsible for any losses (real or imagined) associated with the use of this website. Advertising links to any website, product, service, or any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Website do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by the Administration.
3. FINANCIAL RELATIONS
The website features two internal User accounts: the "advertising balance" and the "balance." All Contractor rewards for completing tasks and other actions are credited to the balance, from which the User can withdraw funds to their wallets in the payment systems available on the website. The advertising balance is used for ordering services and cannot be withdrawn. The advertising balance is replenished automatically using the appropriate payment system tools. As soon as the Project receives a payment notification from the payment system, the advertising balance is instantly replenished. Withdrawals from the main balance can be made either automatically (instantly) or with verification (up to 3 business days). The User can withdraw any amount available in the main balance; the minimum withdrawal amount is 0.1 DOGE to FaucetPay and 5 DOGE to a Dogecoin wallet. The Project does not represent either the Advertisers who post their orders on the Website or the Contractors who fulfill these orders (in whole or in part) and therefore cannot be held responsible for any financial obligations arising between them. Any agreements between Advertisers and Contractors using the Website are bilateral, and the Project has no connection with them. The User is solely responsible for paying any taxes, fees, and mandatory payments that may arise and be applicable in connection with receiving any payments from the Project, in accordance with the laws of the country of their residence.
4. CONTROL
Ads containing acceptable but potentially objectionable content may be appropriately labeled, while dangerous or illegal ads may be blocked. Any ad may be blocked at any time. Unspent campaign funds may be refunded, but this is not guaranteed. For non-compliance with the rules, any user may be blocked without explanation or refund.
5. COMMISSION
ADDOMY receives a commission of 15%-45% of the difference between the amount paid by advertisers and the amount received by users. Users do not pay any commission when withdrawing funds from the site.
6. PRIVACY
User data and statistics are considered public (see Privacy Policy).
7. ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years old to register on the website.
You must provide a valid email address during registration.
One User may not create more than one account on the same or different computers/IP addresses (including logging into multiple accounts from the same device). Failure to comply with these rules will result in all accounts being blocked without the possibility of a refund.
The Administration is not obligated to provide evidence of the reasons for any fines, blocking, or deletion of an account.
Users may not register using their own referral link.
Advertising third-party resources and posting referral links are prohibited in chat.
Insulting the Administration in technical support or chat will result in account blocking.
Using temporary email services as an email address will result in automatic account deletion.
Placing referral links in invisible frames, etc., is prohibited; the window with the ADDOMY website must be visible. If you violate this rule, the referral program will be blocked for you.
8. PROXY/VPN
Using public or private proxies/VPNs to view ads is prohibited. Users using VPNs/proxy services or other IP spoofing methods will be banned without the possibility of a refund.
9. PAYMENTS
All payments are non-refundable.
10. AUTOMATION
The use of any programs or services that automate the process of viewing advertisements (autoclickers/autosurfers/automatic page refreshes/automatic CAPTCHA solving, etc.) is prohibited. Users using scripts or programs will be banned without the possibility of a refund.
11. CHANGES
This document (as well as any other documents on this site) is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
